Company Profile: The Kitsap Sustainable Energy and Economic Development (SEED) Project is a high tech business park for new energy businesses.

Objective: The Port of Bremerton wanted a clean and attractive piece that showcased the Kitsap SEED Project to potential investors and tenants of a newly developed eco-business park. All sustainable aspects of the project were important to illustrate within the piece.

Design & Color Theory: For the layout of the brochure, we used a mix of photos while laying in the dense text in color blocks. Taking "root" from the name of the project, metaphorical images of growth are used in the design. Geometric forms lend it a structured corporate feel, while the colors - a palette of moss, ginger and navy - add an eco-friendly/earthy quality. The end result was an effective brochure to help promote the sustainable energy solutions the business park will provide.
