Objective: With 30 years business experience, the company wanted a clean, conservative, yet fresh approach to an identity.
Design & Color Theory: The company’s main focus was to offer a team approach to businesses, helping with their strategic planning and growth. The former logo had consisted of a fairly plain typeface of the letters CP placed in a block. Because the business was targeted to a specific demographic, we felt a circular approach, conveying unity, would work best. The color scheme of a muted green and soft yellow offered a fresh approach. In printing, we carried the pale yellow color to full coverage and bleed to the papers edge providing a unique approach to a usually white corporate standard. The introduction of a circular gradient emanating from the logo bug helps to convey the “spot light” concept and targeted consulting services they offer. |
