Company Profile: Private practice oral surgeon specializing in dental implants .

Objective: Upon opening a new periodontal surgery practice on Bainbridge Island, Dr. Cardenas came to us looking for a professional identity appropriate for the dental industry. Since most of her business is referral based, she desired an identity that would appeal to other dentists, orthodontist and oral surgeons, while still appealing to her prospective patients.

Design & Color Theory: The goal was to keep a clean and professional clinical feel. A stylized tooth canal/implant graphic element was created and reversed in a circle representing a dental mirror. The choice of a soft, cool teal and gray color palette was further enhanced by printing a clean white paper stock. The decision for there to be rounded corners on the business card and letterhead not only make the practice more noticeable in correspondence but also imply a clinical yet gentle approach to her surgical procedures.
